Kerry @ Yoga Life Studio has the most beautiful energy, you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment you enter.Kerry manages to make everyone feel equal no matter what level everyone is at or injuries they may have. Kerry always works the room, making sure to help everyone with alternative poses or props to help. The meditation at the end of class is the most perfect way to end the class. You leave feeling stretched, relaxed, rejuvenated and calm and ready for what's ahead for the rest of your day.Kerry is so very genuine, caring and amazing at what she does.
