This is a wonderful space and the studio has so many different styles of yoga and mindfulness that everyone will find something they love. I've recently enjoyed their prenatal classes and can't wait to start the post natal. It's so hard to find good service down this way and this studio is awesome

Sama Wellness Studio is a magical and calming little space, filled with kind, knowledgeable, supportive, nurturing teachers. I love that there’s so many different types of yoga and mindfulness classes on offer and something for all levels of experience and preference. I always leave feeling reset and more connected. It’s been so helpful for my anxiety and my little safe space to escape to. I’m very, very grateful!

Sama truely has something to offer everyone where ever they are at, from gentle mellow classes to more dynamic and challenging Yoga. Then there is the amazing breath work, sound meditations and special events from a variety of experienced and qualified professionals on a wide range of topics. Sama also has a fantasticly diverse variety of Yoga teachers offering their own unique classes where one is bound to find the perfect fit !

What a beautiful space you have created! I didn’t expect to be enjoying my yoga and breathwork practice so much, but I am absolutely hooked. It’s been the perfect introduction to regular practice for me, and all of the teachers are so knowledgeable and passionate. Thank you to you all, I have so much gratitude xx
