what an incredible yoga experience.I have done yoga all over the world and have experienced and tried many types of yoga, I was blessed to find Yogalife and this one of a kind teacher. As a person Lizzet is warm and nurturing as a teacher she is all of this and so much more, she is incredibly knowledgeable in her subject and has helped me with multiple injuries and recovery from them. I would give this teacher 10 stars if i could, you will not be disappointed. This yoga space is for everyone, you do not need to be wearing flashy gym gear or be an expert , everyone is welcomed here, Lizett is the expert without ego. Highly recommend

Love Lizette's yoga classes, I have been going for nearly a year now and have loved every minute. Her classes are so relaxing but challenging at the same time and Lizette let's you go at your own pace.I even managed to get two of my teenage daughters to attend with me, which has been an amazing experience, love being able to share this time with them. They thoroughly enjoyed the classes and they thought Lizette was gorgeous she made us feel very welcome.We look forward to seeing you again soon, thank you xx

Lizette is one of the most amazing and patient teachers- I had never tried yoga before but Lizette made is interesting and works as per my capacity and slowly builds up without any pressure or judgement! There is such a pie I’d energy around her that the whole yoga class becomes an exhilarating experience!!I highly recommend her yoga classesI drive from south of the River for her classes - that’s how good she is !!I wish her the very best

Lizette creates an incredibly safe space to practice yoga. She is one of the most caring people I have ever met and this is reflected in her yoga practice. As a person who suffers chronic pain I never thought I would do much yoga again as I kept hurting myself when I tried. Through working with Lizette I have gone from scared to tentative to performing headstands. Incredible! The style of yoga offered by YogaLife really is able to meet every skill level and you leave each practice feeling wonderful, inside and out. Highly recommended!
