Good gym with decent equipment for all kinds of training. Staff are friendly & casual day passes are available for anyone just travelling through like myself. First time I've come across a gym with such a good area set up for boxing/striking - definitely not an after thought like most commercial gyms I've been to.

The best gym in the southwest. It has everything you need! Friendly staff, always ready to help if needed. Really good equipment and boxing area! Highly recommend

Had a really negative experience here. Tried out the gym while we were in town, and my partner and I both purchased a two week pass for $120 each. We had a sudden death in the family, and had to abruptly leave the following day. When we reached out to see if we could possibly get this refunded that same day (minus a single pass each for our initial visit), we were blatantly refused and told a refund was not possible. This was after explaining the situation. We were really quite disappointed with the response and outcome, and when saying so got told to stop “harrassing them” about it. Quick to take your money (which is overpriced for what it is) and watch out for “a $100 cancellation fee”. Pretty disappointing for a small town gym.

I have been doing box and burn on Wednesdays with Ayden who is a very good instructor and with a awesome crew. It's a lot of fun and a good training, the classes past so fast. I recommend 100%

I love this gym, great facilities and amazing team! Always welcoming and helpful. Also TOP classes, I do Box&Burn with Ayden and I love it! I've never done boxing before as well as gym classes and I am totally in love with it!

Great gym with a good variety of equipment and lovely staff.

Been doing Box & Burn on Wednesdays for the past 5 weeks with Ayden and an awesome crew of people who have become all good mates, the hour flies by and I already feel a massive difference already. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Great communication and very friendly owners. Used this place over the Easter holidays and look forward to returning soon.
