Such a warm and welcoming local yoga studio! Always Interesting flows from the amazing teachers and I always leave feeling calm and energized. Couldn’t recommend more to both beginners and experienced yogis :)

Lovely, relaxing and inviting environment, and style of instruction. I'm not a naturally flexible person, so am finding the benefits wonderful, as well as the bliss of relaxation.

I am loving this studio! Great quality instructors, a lovely space, easy parking and a really great timetable with excellent array of classes. The payment plan is very competitive and flexible. I can generally book most classes at short notice if my schedule changes. Thoroughly enjoying all the classes.My only concern with reviewing is that everyone will discover this gem and it will get too busy!

Sarah is one of the best teachers I have ever had, her sense of humour and her softness as she teachers build a beautiful safe space.Rachal is also very very welcoming and you feel nothing but love walking threw the door! I highly welcome everyone wanting to start yoga it has been practicing yoga to this studio!

Beautiful space, great instructors that cater to all levels. Classes range from relaxing to strength building. Parking and prices are great. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Beautiful studio in Wembley. Had a great experience for my first beginners class with Sarah and looking forward to my next one. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gorgeous studio with comfortable vibe and experienced teachers.

Nest is such a beautiful space with great instructors. They have classes for all ages and all different levels of experience, which is great for me being a beginner. I would highly recommend!

I’ve been doing Mums and Bubs yoga with my 4mo and this place is so special - Sarah has an incredibly kind, patient and calm energy and I love her classes. After chatting to her after class one day I found out she is a qualified social worker as well as a mum, which really makes sense :-) Cannot speak highly enough of this practice!
