I used to perform Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar)​ as my daily exercise however after completing Surya Kriya & Surya Shakti workshop with Prasad, I found a new way to perceive my daily routine. Surya Kriya is very profound & deeper than previously performed Surya Namaskar. Yoga practice can not be learned without one to one interaction. Correcting your yoga posture is a key & profound teacher is inevitable for such practice. I am glad and thankful that I learn from an experienced yoga practitioner - Prasad.
